RZP is a medium-sized actuarial consulting enterprise located in Hamburg. We are acknowledged experts when it comes to pension matters. Our focus is both on actuarial consulting and valuation as well as administration services. The RZP team consists of the 3 partners Christiane Grabinski, Malte Wensien, Christian Wodarg and a staff of 32 employees – including 21 qualified or graduate actuaries and 3 lawyers.
The firm’s roots go back to the late 1940s when Rudolf Meisch and Julius Ischebeck went into business as independent actuaries in Hamburg. RZP in its present form was founded in 1986, when the two actuarial firms Ryschawy-Fischer-Rüß and Meisch-Dr. Zimmermann decided to merge. Many of our clients have been with us for decades now.
Our clientele includes large, medium-sized and small companies from various industries, owner-managed companies and their shareholders, listed corporations, public sector companies as well as private individuals. Moreover, we offer our services to staff pension funds (‘Pensionskassen’), pension funds (‘Pensionsfonds’), supplementary pension funds (‘Zusatzversorgungskassen’) and professional pension schemes (‘berufsständische Versorgungswerke’).
